All was GREAT, courteous and professional employees, good communication, comfortable waiting area. Only reason for 9 vs. 10 was automated texts that I got stating my vehicle was ready to pickup a day before expected; I waited until next day and vehicle still was not ready. If automatic texts are used, they should be accurate.

Overall the car looks very good. I did notice it still as a hail dent on the trim over driver side and a small paint chip on the front bumper. Overall I am happy with the timeline of the service.
