It felt like it took forever, but most of all the insurance was not informed off ALL the damage before they started the work and was paid a lump sum. My insurance had to pay another lump sum because things were found after the body work was done. I just feel this wasn't right. A full diagnose should have been performed from front to back, Top to bottom before any work was started.

I hate to say anything but after my insurance paid for the first set of repairs we were informed that the transmission was also damaged. Now my insurance had to pay another check to have that fixed. Once I did get the Jeep back "After about a month" My sun roof would not open. I called and they acted like it was already broke. NOPE! I took it to another bodyshop, and they said the motor works just fine it was off the tracks and it WAS from the accident. How did Crash Champions miss the transmission and the sun roof? I take GREAT care of my vehicle's I don't drive around with bad trans or broken sun roofs? Everything worked great up until the accident.

Would give a better number but I just feel like they didn't take me seriously, I had to call every time I needed an update just to be told they had found something else out after my insurance had already paid for the work that had been done. It felt like it would never end.

The service was tremendous. Shantell and Jay were very professional, friendly and informative. They constantly kept me updated on where they were with the repairs. They originally said my 🚗 would be ready on April 1st, then updated it to March 31st and then March 29th. FYI, the woman (who I know) whose 🚗 I hit , is still waiting for her 🚗 to be repaired. Great job guys!!! Everyone who has seen my 🚗 has remarked what a fantastic job Crash Champions did (maybe you'll get some future customers (not that we want to wish accidents on anyone 😉).
