From the time I dropped my car off I knew what to expect, everything I was told happened. I had a text every day stating on schedule with expected completion 3/27/26. Today the text said completed for pickup at 3:28 pm. I also received a phone call telling me to make my way to the shop for 3:30 pickup and instructions for payment of my deductqble. The report was in complete detail. IMPESSIVE! and appreciated. I was escorted to my car that I could not tell where it was damaged. All my questions were answered. The door was opened for ne and I entered a sparkling clean car inside and out. Thank you to every person who worked on my car. You are a credit to your pr.ofrssion! I will be glad to recommend your company!

The vehicle was released back to us still tacky, so there are various indentations in the paint from driving the vehicle on the highway home. Furthermore, the quality of the paint job is subpar in that on the lower panel, the paint is splotchy and bumpy.
