We have used Crash multiple times now for different vehicles. It seems like mimor mistakes are made with most projects. That is frustrating because what that usually means is a 30 minute drive back to Crash so they can be fixed, BUT they always fix them, they are significantly faster from start to end of project than their competition, and the workers are very friendly. Overall a solid 9/10 experience, and will be a 10/10 once they can get those minor mistakes cleaned up. Just a bit more attention to detail I suspect.

I’m frustrated that Brandon didn’t follow through with sending a link for me to pay for my repairs in order for me to pick up my vehicle after hours like we had discussed. By him not doing that, it caused me to have to spend an extra $80 to rent a car through the weekend.
