From start to finish I could not have been more impressed with the absolute professionalism of Crash Champions. This was an unfortunate accident that was not my fault and I relied on the other person‘s insurance to select where my car would be serviced. Naturally, I was concerned about how the claim would be handled, but from the moment I talked to Crash Champions I knew I was in good hands. In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Stephanie who has amazing customer service skills, listened to my concerns, and kept me updated throughout the process. She was so excited to reunite me with my vehicle when all the work was done! I also appreciated the opportunity to speak with the mechanic who was assigned to my car.
