They took care of my vehicle quickly. When I came to pick it up and there was a small issue, they worked to resolve that to my satisfaction without any hesitation.

When there was a small issue with the repair upon pickup, they worked quickly to resolve the situation. New parts had to be ordered and they quickly installed what needed to be done in about an hour.

I was met early on 11/18 by the service rep who reviewed everything that would take place and what I would responsible for after the estimate. I was also offered the Crash Champion car rental rate which was very economical. Everything went smoothly with the car rental rep before I was able to drive off. The staff kept in contact with updates through text. After the estimate, I was informed how long the repairs would be, which allowed me to plan accordingly. I picked up vehicle after notification that it was completed. Car looks beautiful. I will get a better view during the day since I picked it up during the evening at night. So far I am very please with work completed. Check back with me in the next couple of weeks for follow up comments.
