There's not really a way to fix the 7.5 weeks it took to get the car back. With a rental covered by insurance for 30 days and delay after delay getting the car back, I was out $700+ in rental car fees. The communication initially seemed helpful and consistent. However, once the repair dragged on and more issues arose, we felt we had to continually prod for updates which felt annoying on my part. It seems part of the delay was a tech leaving and then the delay in getting the new tech up to speed on where the car was at in the repair process. We kept being told repairs were almost complete (which almost made us delay a vacation so we could take our own vehicle....) and then delays continued. Even on the day of pickup, I was told it would be buffed and ready mid morning, but it wasn't ready until late afternoon. Also, the cost for repairs rose drastically which I can't imagine insurance is thrilled by. The car is in mint shape and beautifully detailed now that I've finally gotten it back though.

The work that was done was done well. Still need to grill replaced though.

Was told several times vehicle would be ready the next day. This went on for approximately a week and the wrong grill was shipped in and is now on backorder and still needs to be installed. That being said, car turned out good except for the grill that still needs to be installed once it arrives.

The people were great. However I received a text with an estimated completion date 7days later. So I got a rental vehicle which I had to get a Lyft to as well. Then my vehicle was ready 2 days later. It was two unnecessary expenses. If I’d had a better estimate it would’ve saved me ~$300.
