Even though the repairs took a while, probably a lot of that time was beyond their control (insurance issues and part delivery delays). I think this shop does great work.

Took a little while to get completed, but my car looks great.

Customer Service

For the most part the customer service was great. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that given how long it took to get the repairs completed, if I could have gotten weekly status updates, that would have been appreciated (but not a big deal).
