My Experience

I never expected to get my car back so fast but in less than a week, they did some pretty serious work on my RAV4 and it looks beautiful. They also washed and vacuumed it. Very nice people, too.

I would definitely recommend Gerber. I used the one in Hales corners, Wisconsin. They have a very nice team of people there that made me comfortable, and I felt secure in what they were going to do to my vehicle.

I was very happy with the service I got at Gerber. They had my car less than a week and did all the repairs and made my car look new again. They even washed it and vacuumed it out before turning it back to me. The people were very easy to work with and very nice.

I appreciated the helpfulness of staff when I had conversations with them. The automatic emails that 'the system' generated showing the target completion date of a month were a bit shocking. Suggest Gerber could do without that. Also, the sunroof hums during speeds over 25mph. Have had it looked at twice and the problem still exists. Am hopeful the third time will be the charm.
