I was very pleased with the service overall including the car rental partnership that they have with Enterprise. However, it was a bit frustrating that no one was there for my 8:00am drop off. The person at the front desk wasn't there and I was ringing the bell. One person came out and said hi and that was all until about 8:15 when the owner came out and told me he wasn't there because had to take someone home. I understood but was frustrated at that point because of the wait and lack of communication. Overall, I was very pleased with the body work done on my car, as well as the detailing of my car, which was a nice surprise.
