I would have appreciated an estimate of how long repairs would take. I imagined 1 week vs. 2. I had to call to see if it was done on time and it would have been nicer to receive a call or text that it was ready.

It was a terrible experience. My car was kept 3x longer than agreed upon. I lost over $500 in income and on top of that the total came to $500 above the estimate. I will NEVER do business there again!!!
