Although it took 10 days longer to get it back, Mel was very pleasant and made it ok with me, her attitude and personality was a breath of fresh air, especially in today’s behavior from some people

Shannalee C still has not contacted me in regards to a check I am suppose to receive, I text a couple of times wanted her to contact me but have not received a reply. They could not find a wheel to match my others and said we will just give you cash for anothe rim for you to find, they also said I am going to need new tires anyway so we will replace one rear tire and pay half of the other rear tire. I was without my truck for over three weeks and was not able to enjoy my wife’s summer vacation from school, we always leave for the summer and go camping. Instead of renting a car because they don’t give you a truck to pull a travel trailer and initially they said it would be done in about a week I decided to not get a car and hangout at home, picking up my truck was delayed to over three weeks, you should also accommodate me for not getting a rental and she should have contacted me. I will write a review also for all to read if you do not make this right

They did a great job. There were two minor sensor calibration and fit issues which arose after the vehicle was returned to me. The shop quickly fit me in to the busy schedule and fixed them while I waited.
