I really appreciated the T/Thur updates. You not only kept us updated but you said why there were delays. Also the people who checked us in at the desk and the one who checked the car the day we brought it in were friendly and professional. Not having ever experienced a crash before , they were very informative and helpful. Definitely a 10.

This is my third experience, using Crash Champions in Post Falls. I’ve always been pleased with the bodywork and other repairs that were made on my vehicle. The quality of the workmanship always stands out. I would not hesitate to refer others to this company. Only one drawback I can come up with…Although they offer a shuttle service once you leave your car, their policy did not include providing this service to where I live in Coeur d’Alene. To me the 7 1/2 mile trip is not that unreasonable to expect.
