Never.. The repairs on my vehicle took 3 weeks. And not ever, did I feel like it was a priority to anyone I spoke to...including the manager of the shop.

I was repeatedly ignored over phone calls and messages. I got passed around to 2 different estimators. Received automated text (vague) on the progress of my repair, during hours that the store was closed, so I couldn't contact anyone. Never ever! have I experienced such poor customer service and personal contact.

Updates on delays were not communicated as timely as I would have liked and reaching someone by phone was not always easy. Once I spoke with someone they were extremely professional. All interactions were great.

Not a chance unless things are made right. I am typically not one to leave a bad review but review but I have called 3 times now to get somebody to help me before I left a bad review and no one would call me back.

From the beginning to the end of my experience I was lied to. My car was repaired with used/old aftermarket products that do not match. When I questioned things I was made to feel like a dumb woman that did not know about anything to do with cars. I asked point blank if my car had been aligned and I was told yes. When I left Crash Champions I called the place that it was supposed to have been aligned at, they said they never saw my car. Now, I can't get anyone to return my calls. Supposedly the correct parts are on order but I don't know if that is true either. I definitely would not recommend crash champions to anyone.

Red paint marks on bottom front bumper, car is grey. They won’t buff, polish, or wax out. Otherwise the rest of the work looks good.
