The quality of work to repair both the Escape and the Tundra was awesome and the extra time to wash the outside of the vehicles and detail them inside was a welcomed surprise

That kept me notified about progress including delays in getting parts and also notified me of the failure of our Safeco adjuster in notifying them that he was waiving the deductible on the Escape. After I emailed him a number of times the adjuster did add notes to the car wise communications with Crash Champions by the time I picked up the Tundra and since I paid the $300 deductible when I picked up the Escape he waived the deductible on the Tundra .
