It took longer than anticipated related to availability of parts. Did a great job keeping us updated. We’re always pleasant and courteous. Went over and beyond trying to get an appropriate rental for me. They were very thorough with the repair and looks great!

Crash Champions were great. Continuously kept me updated despite delays in getting parts. Country Financial refused to get me an appropriate rental for where I live and the time of year that requires AWD at least. I can’t believe your were willing to jeopardize my safety or make it so I’m unable to get to my own home. I had to borrow a vehicle from my parents. This is unacceptable!

When i picked up my car we didn't do a walk around so did it by myself. I found some things that were not complete so I sat there while they fixed them.

1 of the guys there was lack luster while the other gentleman was great and glad he took over for the other guy. I think the guy that took over was the manager.
