We were told the truck would be done on a certain date but we ended up taking it in and then having to leave because they failed to put our repair on the schedule. We had to bring the truck in a total of 5 times before our truck was completely repaired.

Crash Champions were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and couldn't tell at all that there was ever any damage to my vehicle. The fact that this auto body shop had washed my car by hand and detailed the inside as well was Amazing!!! I would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone that needs repairs to their vehicle!!!

I am very disappointed how this whole process worked, the only reason I chose this shop was because it was on the list that the insurance worked with and recommended, I did not even go to another shop for an estimate, I put my trust in the recommendation from the list from the insurance

Vehicle took longer than estimated. Texts were received indicating I had picked up the vehicle, which I did not. It took over a month to book my repair appointment because they were “buying parts” ahead of time, but then had to order more parts during repair which furthered the time it took to get it fixed. They said they would call with updates, but they did not. I had to proactively call to get information. They forgot to add the hybrid logo back on before giving me the vehicle, resulting in two holes on the new panel part, I had to make an extra visit to get it installed back on. Vehicle died after leaving body shop. They did not warn of any closeout code error scan to see what the issue was. No warning. Come back to office to pay cash for service, I overhear management on the phone speaking loud profanity on the call, berating language. Not a great experience.

I gave two phone numbers, one I believe was meant to be an alternate/emergency contact; and Crash Champions consistently used this number rather than my primary number even after I told them twice not to. This led to opaque communication and me picking up my car a day later than I could have.

I took a new tailgate in to have painted and spoke with Chuck, super nice guy and very down to earth! I received a quote that was substantial below the competition and the paint was guaranteed. I was very happy with the paint job I received. Steve
