This was my first experience (I’m 72) dealing with the maze of automobile insurance. Another guy ran into me… not even my fault. First of all.. the repair of my car is faultless.. looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. More importantly, your employee was an advocate for me with the insurance company whose first response was “ refuse, refuse, refuse…” I know that he went above and beyond the call of duty dealing (repeatedly…) with an adjustor who was dishonest (with me and with your employee) about the need for repairs, refusing to authorize a rental car (when my car was not safe to drive), etc. On a scale of 0-5, I am rating you at 6+… your company put some punch behind the idea of “customer service”, which is sadly lacking in so many businesses at this time. I have been “bragging up” your business to my friends, should they have need of your services…
