The CDA & Post Falls Personnel we’re the greatest. They took care of business. The only complaint if any would be the lack of communication. Although when the Post Falls folks were almost completely finished with my truck the communications was great !

I was told that my car repairs would take about 15 business days. To my surprise 4 days later I received a phone call saying my car would be ready in 2 days and they would call me in 2 days with the details about picking up my car. Well I didn’t receive a call 2 days later. I waited a few days and called and they said your car will be ready to pick up tomorrow. The problem is I had to call and check. I’m not sure they were going to call me back and tell me my car was ready for pickup. It was a bit of an inconvenience for me. I do understand they are understaffed but a call would have been nice.
