They had my car about a month and the whole time they had it I never heard from them once. There was multiple times I was supposed to pick it up and I had to call and make sure that was still the plan just to find out it wasn’t ready… that happened about 3 times. It wasn’t until my grandpa went in and spoke to them in-person that they finally called me DAILY and gave me updates. Not sure why it took my grandpa going in for that to happen.

I wish that they would have put me on some sort of wait-list and called when they had time to work on my car. Instead I waited for a little over a month. I noticed once my car was picked up that there are imperfections in my plastics from where they were taken off also. In areas that shouldn't have even had a tool on them. Also my hood feels off, so I will have to check that out. Few scratches on my car that were not there also. Also they replaced a windshield and didn't make sure the windshield was even Slightly clean. Overall disappointed, after having my car that long I figured it would have been given back in a different condition. I do understand that they were busy with the hail damage my county took recently, but I feel there could have been better communication.
