The customer service was very poor. The only time I received updates was when i would call and inquire. They had my car for two days before I called to find out what was going on. I was given 3 different completion dates before I finally got my car. Two the completion dates I finally called about 15 minutes before they closed to find out what was going on even though they told me they would call.

I’ve already returned to the body shop, displeased with failure to complete the job. I was told I would be contacted about the remaining problem. I’m yet to hear anything back.

Omar kept us updated through the process and made it easy to get the work done. Everything was put together good. Paint is slightly darker on the bumper but overall everyone did a good job.

The entire experience was top notch. The staff was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle repair was amazing and looks like brand new. They kept in contact with my insurance and with me every step of the way. Omar was so helpful.
