As a customer of Crash Champions, I am happy to say that the service and customer care I received went above and beyond my expectations. I was consistently updated on the progress of my Nissan Altima’s repairs and received clear reports throughout the entire process. The staff also coordinated with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to arrange transportation so I could pick up my rental vehicle and conveniently return it when retrieving my Nissan. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to assist made the entire experience much easier. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received and would gladly return to Crash Champions for any future repairs.

I had heard from several others it took forever with you guys but gave a chance. It didn't seem like getting a customer taken care of in a reasonable time as a priority because there was way too many cars. You won't have business if you don't keep customers happy.

The updates were about as clear as mud. Give customers up update on what's been done, what you are at currently and what still needs to be done. My car sat untouched for over a week.
