I did have to reach out for any updates about my vehicle besides the halfway point and the pickup day/time had a change that while beneficial, was a change that I had to change my plans around.

The first attempt at fixing the bumper had a large gouge from what appeared to be a tool used to install. This was not satisfactory and I appreciate when we immediately returned to the shop they took steps to acknowledge the problem, order a new part and they will be contacting us to install a new one.

Matt totally carries the team here! He walked me through the whole process of getting my car fixed, down to rental payment and pickup! When the technicians forgot to transfer my license plate to the new bumper, didn’t repair the tail light, and did not leave holes for the plate, Matt made sure to get it looked at asap and was super apologetic and sweet about it. When my partner showed up with the car to have these repaired, Matt was gone and the technicians argued with my partner insisting this hadn’t happened and they had no plates like that and such and such. They eventually fixed it quickly! Thankfully! They were also short staffed so getting things taken care of was greatly appreciated.

Have used them multiple times. They always do a little extra that you’re not expecting. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and could’ve picked it up on a Friday. Very prompt service.
