keeping the fact that we had to wait on parts for a very long time. I will assume that it is at no fault of theirs. When I picked the vehicle up, I was not informed that their was still a part on order and that the parts to hold the spare tire would still be coming in. I had to ask why the spare tire was in the back of the van.

They had this van for nearly 3 months. I feel as though they could have done a much better job of keeping me informed on what was happening and why. I had to call or drop by to check.

Very horrible service. Kept my car for 2 weeks and continued to tell me they were waited on parts when they were not, they were working on other cars in front of mine. Upon pickup, the job was not even fully completed in 2 and a half weeks. Still waiting on a part. Very very dissatisfied with this company. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I was very much satisfied with the repair. I had to do a cleanup on inside from the dust build up and places they touched on interior that got dirty but still overall satisfied with the service

The car looks great…. But when we got it back we noticed our windshield wiper fluid sprayer was broken then covered up instead of fixed, and now instead of reaching my windshield when I try to use my sprayer it pools up in my hood….
