The quality of the work was great but the office personnel's lack of communication and when they did communicate were wrong about when my vehicle was ready. Those two things would prevent me from wanting anyone I know from going through the same issues or worse.

The repair of the roof was outstanding but there are a lot of minor to crash champions but major to me thing that even when pointed out were not fixed back to the original state.
