Overall, the service wasn’t bad.

I had to bring the vehicle back so that they could buffer out some marks that were left on the car. They were able to take care of it the same day I brought in back in but it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to come in again. I can say that they were really good about communicating and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repairs when it was in the shop. Work was completed in the window period given.

I never had to jump my car before even during my accident. I never had a problem turning on my car when I drop my car off to you guys. It was still perfectly fine when I went to pick it up it needed a jump at the shop and now it doesn’t even turn on here and there and this is not from my accident. I don’t know what this is. My battery was good. The cars still pretty new and now I’m being told I might need a new battery or might be my alternator when that was never the case but I’ll still get it checked out, but I’m not trying to be like pointing fingers or anything. I just never had those issues so why when I don’t have my car for 17 days all of a sudden these things don’t work I’m having electrical problems with my car not from the accident. I don’t know where this is from. I was also told just now oh, you might have a problem with this and that, but when I went to go pick up my car, you guys told me everything was perfectly fine. You said that the car was just sitting for a while. I don’t know if you guys took care of my car while it was waiting, but it does not seem like it and I’m not trying to bash anyone or anything. I’m just stating what I was told. I was told that my car was fine that there was no issues now that I’m calling with issues i’m being told things I wasn’t told when I went to go pick up my car that I should’ve been told so it makes me think or wonder what’s going on
