I love in the Florida Keys and had to go to the mainland for them. At first I was annoyed, but it was WELL WORTH IT! Not much gets me off my island. They will.

Alejandra has the patience of Job. I was frustrated that the accident happened, and I took it out on her. She let me spin out, and never lost her professionalism, compassion, or grace. The whole shop smiles all the time. I felt welcomed and attended to.

Aside from Alejandra, who was friendly and professional, the rest of the staff did not meet basic customer service standards. When I called and asked to speak with my point of contact, I was asked “in reference to what,” even though the answer was clearly a repair. When I finally spoke with my assigned contact, his responses were short and unengaged. Based on customer service alone, I rated this location a two.

During a crappy situation these people made my visit just a little better. The front desk was amazing that alone the person that I helped me with my vehicle even if I don’t get into an accident, I will definitely go there if ever needed.
