Not only was communication horrible, they took apart my car and did not put it back together with all the parts. I brought it back to have them resolve it and they did the bare minimum and my car is still missing parts. I do not believe they care enough for their customers. They have not called me back when they said they would. They have completely wasted my time. Cost me money from missing work. I wish I've never brought my car to this shop. If I knew this is how it would be id keep the original damage it was brought in for and not pay them anything. I will leave a fully detailed review and make sure the community knows what kind of shop this is

On my 2013 Lexus the repair was excellent it was actually 100% detail and outside and inside. I believe the lady's name was Rochelle she was so nice and polite from the day I dropped my car off and the day I picked up she very helpful was so nice because she was very professional .
