I was satisfied with my repairs until I ended up getting a flat tire from you guys and when I brought it back to the shop, I was informed that you guys plugged my tire because a nail ended up getting in my tire when you guys did a test drive of the car and that next day my tire was completely flat so I had to purchase a whole new tire when my tires was perfectly fine when I dropped the car off to your establishment

Not only was communication horrible, they took apart my car and did not put it back together with all the parts. I brought it back to have them resolve it and they did the bare minimum and my car is still missing parts. I do not believe they care enough for their customers. They have not called me back when they said they would. They have completely wasted my time. Cost me money from missing work. I wish I've never brought my car to this shop. If I knew this is how it would be id keep the original damage it was brought in for and not pay them anything. I will leave a fully detailed review and make sure the community knows what kind of shop this is
