Thank you guys for taking the time and fixing my baby 2019 Honda Accord (pearly white) back to her original conditions after someone hit me. Izamari and the manager was absolutely wonderful and provided the best customer service. After my car sat for almost a month with out the other driver insurance even contacting me back, I was very frustrated. This was my first accident, so I didnt know what to expect. Crash champions made this process very easy for me and I will definitely refer friends and family over to this great establishment. The work they provided came out so beautifully, one can not tell pearly white was even in an accident. Thanks CRASH CHAMPIONS OF NORTH MIAMI!

My car is still not ready. It has been a month and it is getting pushed further. I don’t get any updates, any notifications or follow ups. Now I got a notification that it is completed. I have a hard time to reach the shop. I am clueless about my car’s situation. I am not happy.

It took more than 2 weeks to fix a bumper. Initially it was supposed to take 3 days. Then it was supposed to take 2 more days then 3 more days. Nobody called us to give us updates or to apologize. When we finally got the call that the car was ready, the repair was poorly done so we had to leave the car another 3 days. Poor customer service and a very bad experience for us.
