Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated while my car was being repaired. The work turned out amazing—you'd never know anything had happened. My car looks brand new again. They were honest, easy to work with, and made the whole process a lot less stressful than I expected. You can tell they really care about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. I definitely recommend them if you need auto body repairs. Thanks again for the awesome job

When picking up the car today, the new grill piece started to flake the top layer of film off by just touching it. To be fair, the gentlemen dealing with my car were very helpful and they immediately started fixing the problem, but it leaves an unsettling feeling that the parts used to fix my car weren't of the best quality.

I appreciate the customer service and the quick response to fix the problem. My only concern is that when I picked up the car there was some flaking of paint from a bumper section that I was told would be replaced. My biggest concern is that they weren't using the best parts available to fix the car simply because of a flaking of the film on top of the Chrome. To be fair, they did say they would replace that part again, but it just makes me a little uneasy that they have to replace it again to begin with.
