My only complaint was the timing. I left the car for 6 days while on vacation to avoid a rental car. Unfortunately the car was not done and I needed a rental for 4 more days. Otherwise, very satisfied.

I was told to bring my auto in when a part had to be ordered necessitating an unnecessary 2nd trip. Nobody called to tell me my auto was repaired and ready to claim. Technician missed scratches on headlamp which meant I had to return yet another day. Where is quality control?
