We turned in our vehicle on 3/4 with the expectation that work would begin on 3/14. We were told that the vehicle would probably be completed by the end of March. Since we were leasing a condo until the end of March, that seemed agreeable. However, the car was not done by that time, but we were told that it would be done the next week, so we made arrangements and stayed the next week. However, it wasn't done, nor did it get done the following week which had been given as a finish date. Eventually, after a more than two week period of waiting in Florida (we live in WV) we took the loaner home and then had to return to pick up the car. Our contact did apologize because the car did not get completed until the end of April. It would have been much better if an accurate completion date had been given from the beginning.

I took my car to Crash Champions had my car repaired they have very good costumer service. and did a great job. I couldn't even tell anything was ever wrong. Fixed my car in a week looks great the outside and the inside was clean.

wonderful service can’t , love the work you guys did on my car and service and the communication and have to thanks Vanessa for being so nice and always keeping me updated with the proses of my car and to the guy that worked on my car wow he’s a master at what he do man even make me forgot where the hit was everything looks perfect and the speed too i thought i was goin to take a week the least but you guys had it done in 2 days . im speech less
