My vehicle came back in perfect condition, and a day early. A pleasant surprise. The two employees I dealt with, Vanessa and Sierra(Sienna?), were knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly. They led me through a process I had not been through in quite a while and made it easy for me. They are each a valuable asset to your company, as the first employees that anxious customers meet.

I brought my son when we went for the estimate. He left a Lego guy there and was so upset when we got home and it was gone. I called and the sweet girl at the front desk said she would hold on to it until we came back to get the car fix. My son was so excited that she still had it when we came back!!
