my door when opening and closing doesn’t feel like it did. It feels clunky for lack of a better word.

I understand the initial part was received damage was beyond your control but I think a phone letting me know it wasn’t going to be ready when I was told it was going to be would have been nice. I had to call twice if to know what was going on. I held off calling that last day only to receive a call less than an hour before you closed for a 3 day holiday weekend. It took a lot of rushing around to get the rental returned and to the shop on time.

Actual repairs look good. But it took too long. I was told getting a new taillight was a problem. Car brought in on 11-29. Car returned to me on 12-14. Had a rental car for all that time.

It took 3+ weeks to fix my car, but with shipping what it is and the amount of work they had going on, that is understandable.

Vanessa and Brian, and everyone at the front desk were super nice and helpful.
