First of all my name is spelled Lynn not Lynne. Secondly, my car was not ready when promised even though I was told the parts were in. Thirdly, my door was not fixed properly and I had to go back to the shop!!

Even though the team there is very nice. They kept confusing me and my car with another woman who had a red Kia at the shop.
