My car looks great! You can even tell there was damage! It was also returned with the interior cleaned — smells like a new car again. My only complaint was that the repairs were completed, on a Friday, 5 days earlier than anticipated, which sounds like a win, but I wasn’t aware the car was ahead of schedule until the day my car was completed. I was unable to pick up my car that same day due to the short notice & my own prior commitments which means I was on the hook to pay for my rental car through the weekend. All things considered I had a wonderful experience with crash champions. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do I ones my car is in good hands

They not only did a great job on the repairs on my doors of my '22 Ford Explorer but they also made the process easy and were very thorough in explaining the steps toward the repairs. Furthermore, each of the staff members that worked with me throughout, and communicated with be at drop off and pick up, are some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a repair shop. They are also compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming when you walk in the door. Keep up the good vibe! I am a disabled veteran and I was visibly having a hard day but they passed no judgement and were kind and caring. I'll be passing along your shop's good name to my fellow veterans, friends, and family, when they are seeking an excellent auto body shop!
