Front desk customer service was great, the lady was very pleasant. But lack of communication at pick up was ridiculous. I was told to be there by 5pm, I was. I was then told 10-15 min for my car to be cleaned and ready. Over 1.15 hr later, I finally got my car after telling them to skip the cleaning of my car which they said they were doing over 1 hr prior and gave no update. The work seems fine enough, but no updates while waiting, no updates when time frames came and past were very unprofessional and draining. Plus they made it seem like me not telling them I had plans that were already planned for 2 HOURS PAST the pick up time was a problem for them, when they told me my car will be ready at 5-5:15 and never asked if I had time to wait; let alone an hour past closing, or not. I don't think I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Receptionist Was lovely and pleasant. 10/10 for her. I was told to be there at 5pm to pick up my car. I showed up and was still made to wait over 1.25 hr after being told "just 10-15 more min" and barely got any updates as to why it was taking so long to get my car back after the first 2 sets of "10-15 more min".

Overall it was great. When we went to pick up the car there was one dent that still needed to be fixed that we spotted. They took the car back and fixed it right away.
