Completely satisfied, however did have some difficulty navigating the phone menu to speak to the person I wanted to to get updates about my car’s status. Would have been nice to be given a direct phone number to call.

The care does not sound right. It is loud on startup and when you accelerate, the control for the driver side mirror and the control for the front passenger does not work from the driver side door control. The tire light does not go out. The tires were over inflated but the light remain on in the dash panel. Also, there was grease on the passenger seat and the driver seat is dirty. the front fender on the passenger side has been scratches. We did not appreciate the run around for almost 5 week and would not recommend this company to anyone.
