Communication could’ve been better. But mike was super nice and took care of everything. I just had no idea what was going on with my truck. It took two weeks after I had it scheduled 6 weeks out. I called multiple times and finally had to go to the shop to find out what was going on.

They washed the car after the repair which was great but left the mats wet which took a few days to dry and left a smell in the car.

I always held capital to a very high standard since they fixed my other vehicle but this time it was hard to get answers, we hardly ever got a call back, and when the vehicle was picked up a couple things were left off that had got spotted by my husband. Also, charging the insurance for something breaking in the window that was not from the deer hitting the door because the window was working when the vehicle was dropped off! This was not a great experience like our past experience.
