I first would like to say that I’m grateful that Mr. Monroe caught a discrepancy with my insurance in the beginning. I would not have known of it if he had not caught it while preparing an estimate. From the moment I bought my vehicle in after the discrepancy was resolved, it was smooth sailing. Not only was my vehicle prepared to perfection, but it was completed ahead of the estimated time. Also I am most grateful for Tony providing my daughter and I with a ride home at drop off and ride to the shop at pickup as I had no family or friends available to do so. He was kind and a complete gentleman opening our doors to let us in and out of the vehicle. Having a freak accident causing me to need my vehicle prepared had me anxious and overwhelmed but Crash Champions’ service was amazing which eased my stress completely. I will definitely be referring others and will make Crash Champions my first choice for collision repair.
