It was not fixed. Not only is the car not airtight, or watertight, but the weatherstripping installed has already started to peel off. The repair was of no value.

Way too many calls and texts. One person called to schedule an appointment, I told him I already had one, he then asked when is it. I told I’m tired of you guys calling and texting me. I’d rather deal with a different shop. So this person who was calling to set up schedule then cancels the repair date he did not know I had. Horrible customer service, only went there because the insurance gave me a list It’s easy I schedule a date I show up you fix the car, it’s not so hard. Way too calls and texts

Communication wasn’t bad, but wasn’t a10…Needed better updates on the status of the vehicle repairs being completed. Also, as a extra positive impression, a cleaned vehicle at pickup would’ve been a nice touch.

The workers at crash champions went above and beyond on the repairs on my vehicle. I am truly grateful for their kindness each time we spoke and the frequent updates I received. I am impressed with their swiftness in making the repairs while also fixing some other minor issues I had at no further cost and leaving me with a vacuumed car. I appreciate them for all of their hard work !
