Interactions/transactions with insurance was managed and helpful. Tyler even followed up with a trip to my house after the repair to resolve an issue that appeared after leaving the shop. This is a well run customer focused business.

Communication with the trailer repair department of this company is less than satisfactory. Calls are not answered or returned. I finally had to go to the location to discuss my clients trailer repair. The staff member stated they could not help me due to the age of the trailer, but I brought to their attention that the trailer was a 2013. Ultimately the trailer was repaired but not after receiving a secondary estimate and having to collect an additional amount from the responsible party to cover the costs. The additional costs were due to failure to identify all areas of repair initially and not because the additional areas were hidden and unable to be identified after getting into the repair. This area was in plain view and visible at all times.

The services have gone down hill over the years. The previous owner always had my motorhome ready on time, clean, repaired when promised and no hidden charges.
