A deer hit the front fender and bumper of our Sprinter van, and we brought it in for repairs. From the first phone call, David assisted us with our vehicle from start to finish. He was professional, clear about the process, and realistic about timelines. He walked us through the estimate, explained what the insurance would cover, and kept us updated the whole time—no surprises. The receptionist Natalie and technician Paul were also very accommodating. The quality of the exterior bodywork and paint is excellent. The front fender and bumper were replaced and refinished so well that the panel gaps line up perfectly, the paint color matches the rest of the van exactly, and there’s no evidence of the impact or any repair work. The overall exterior looks like it just rolled off the lot. They also detailed the exterior before handing the van back—washed and wiped down—so it looked even better than when we dropped it off. Turnaround time was faster than we expected, and the final invoice matched what we discussed. David treated our van with real care instead of just rushing it through. Highly recommend this shop—especially if you get to work with David, Natalie, and Paul.

David is absolutely amazing. This is the 2nd time my car was involved in an accident and David took excellent care of her. When she was originally finished, David was unhappy with how the bumper turned out so he had his team redo the work. That is most definitely going above and beyond and I am truly grateful to David and his team.

I give it a chance because Crash Champions did such an amazing job on my car. They went over and beyond fixed some things that weren’t even there to be fixed David who help me could not have been nicer. In fact everybody there was super super nice. Crash Champions Placerville, and notably David Williams, went above and beyond repairing my 2022 Honda HR-V, which had been heavily damaged from corrugated steel panels flying from a freight truck on I-80 W. The insurance claim process turned into a nightmare, but David patiently persisted until everything was sorted out and my car was beautifully and skillfully repaired. Thank you!

The Crash Champions personnel went above and beyond in handling this repair job. In particular David Williams was the hero in dealing with the nightmare that the GEICO Claims Dept created with approving the repairs of my car. David was professional and courteous with the insurance company, particularly one claims adjuster who was determined to deny my claim. David was also swift and professional dealing with me as I was losing my patience. All the other staff at Crash Champions were great too, but I wanted to point out the exceptional service that David Williams provided.

I highly recommend their services. After my truck was damaged in an incident with a county snow plow, they promptly coordinated with my insurance company to facilitate a same-day evaluation and repair. Impressively, my vehicle was ready for pick-up within just 12 days, even sooner then they said! They even arranged transportation for me to Enterprise, which was a thoughtful touch given the unexpected circumstances.
