Only issue I had is that the overhead bin in my headliner is no longer secured to the headliner itself. I am assuming this was done when replacing the rt 1/4 panel.

Really great!! Notified every step of the way! Even was an easy process with the rental they pick me up and I was able to leave the rental there once my car was finished. I got my car back early and cleaner than when I left it!

The team at Crash Champions are outstanding! The most incredible and precise, expedient and efficient experience I have ever had. From the first point of contact to pick up of my perfectly repaired and detailed vehicle I couldnt be happier. Beginning with Kevin who was exact with every timeline and promise and communicating throughout, then sweet Natalie, on point with ever bit of paperwork from beginning to end and communication throughout. They arranged my rental car as well. Every single aspect of this experience was perfect. Great workmanship on the vehicle too, it looks brand new! You should be proud to have such a stellar group of people representing Crash Champions! They really went above and beyond for me! Thank you!

I wrote a complete response to this on my phone but will do it again! My experience was 100% excellence from beginning to finish. Kevin and Natalie were on point throughout the entire experience. Never wavering from the committed expectations and time frames. It was perfectly orchestrated in every way. They were so helpful in terms of the rental car too.
