Would like to rate higher, but the supply chain issues have been difficult and my car was in the shop much longer than anticipated, well over 30 days. In addition, my job still isn’t done as some sort of a heat shield is still not available and when it does become available, I will need to go drop my vehicle off for another day of repair.

Crash Champions did amazing with my car. Geico has been difficult to deal with but Avery at crash champions has been so polite and helpful and has been an advocate for me dealing with Geico. He’s made the process really easy for me and takes pride in the work the shop does. I will definitely take my car back to them if I ever need repairs.

Every step was pretty pain free . From Anita's very friendly greetings and managing some of my questions to Devin's explanations of all steps and estimates and work to be done. I really enjoyed getting regular updates on progress. They managed realistic expectations of what would happen when so I never felt "in the dark" or misinformed. What they promised, they delivered. The work LOOKS wonderful and they even vacuumed the inside of the car. Thanks

Anita and Devin were totally wonderful and even if they weren't available the rest of the staff jumped to make sure I was assisted. They worked very well with State Farm insurance. Great staff. Hoping the new owners don't mess that up.

It was a struggle to schedule the initial assessment. Then in November 2022 we made an appointment for the repairs in January 2023. Showed up on the day of the appointment which was confirmed… and we were not on the schedule… so no parts were there, the insurance situation wasn’t yet approved as it should have and ultimately our car was missing for 3 weeks. Completely defeating the purpose of us trying to schedule ahead so that our car was not gone for an extended time. Upon getting the car back, the new tailight is wobbly and it looks like a quarter panel that was part of the damage should have been reposed or replaced and wasn’t. I would never come back and never recommend anyone else come here.

The name Crash Champions is ridicules and everyone working at the shop is embarrassed by the name of the business, as they should be. I cannot take the name seriously and would never be able to recommend Crash Champions with a straight face and feel confident that I would not be laughed at.

I understand that the Crash Champions does not do suspension work. I have always taken my cars and trucks there and been satisfied. With that being said, outside of the tires and rims that needed to be replaced the job only took one day after the correct parts were ordered by the shop doing the repair. My truck was delivered on the 21st of November 2022 and was not ready for pick-up until 1/30/2023. Two months for one days worth of work.
