Crystal and Tylor at Crash Champions RV are the absolute best! Even though my trailer is only 10 yrs old, Forest River no longer makes the replacement part I needed. But Crash Champions RV researched and figured it out and did a great job repairing my trailer. They also worked well with my insurance company. And they helped me out with an unrelated problem on the trailer. Working with them was especially a relief after trying to work with the other nearby company, who after a complete lack of communication ended up refusing to do the job. I will go to Crash Champions RV for all of my trailer needs from here on out! And apparently they do much more than just repair “crash and collision” damage!

Looks Good but latches were not working when I arrived . One was fixed and a promise that 2nd latch would be ordered and replaced.

They did a good job but I was told that I had declined the offer of the body work above the windshield because of cost. So cracks in the paint should be expected. I don't recall the conversation so I gave the benifit that I was not just remembering.

Great job to all of the people that assisted us with the repair of our 5th wheel. A team of 2 came out on a mobile call. They removed the damaged parts that allowed the oversized slide out to be pushed back in. Once this was secured the rig was taken to the shop for repair. The reason for the 9 is several trim pieces were not in place.

Tylor at crash champions was awesome! He was very thorough in answering all my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied through the entire term they had my trailer. All the other people that assisted me wether it was the technicians or the front office person were very friendly and made absolute certain that I knew what the process was going to be and what to expect. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing RV service.
