For the most part the vehicle was painted and repaired but the transparency of communication from Crash Champions personnel to customer regarding the vehicle updates was absolutely terrible. I loss time from work throughout the process of the vehicle being repaired and I won’t be returning for any repair in the near future with Crash Champions.

I mentioned my frustration in the pervious text and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I did communicate with the actual shop personnel. Communication was strictly limited to the customer service team and general manager.

Crash champions did a great job on fixing my car. From the time it was dropped off till the pickup day Jeff was communicating the status of the job. The vehicle looked brand new on the repair. I would highly recommend Crash Champions as a number one collision service.

Excellent experience after walking into the front office everybody was completely nice approachable. I met Sonny, who was one of the adjusters that came out to look at my vehicle and she was absolutely great. From the time I left my vehicle to the time I picked it up crashed champions was absolutely wonderful. Hopefully I will never have to use them again but in the future if I ever get hit, I would definitely bring it back to Crash Champions.

This is my second repair experience with Crash Champions, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Their level of service, consistent updates throughout the process, quick turnaround time, and warranty are truly unmatched. They make the entire repair process smooth and stress-free for the customer. I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Crash Champions from the onset of the initial phone call was impressive with customer service. It was after this process that was totally unsatisfactory. I even found a cigarette lighter in my car upon inspecting it.

Communication was barely even present. No communication on when the car would be ready. I called repeatedly to find out the person handling my car is not available. Promised phone call returns. When I finally got a date narrowed for pickup, it was always delayed a week.
