I was beyond satisfied with the service and with the results of the work that was done on my vehicle. Raul was super efficient and informative throughout the process. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a collision company. Also, the Valrico location is about 3minutes away from my home so that was definitely a win!

They did not fix what was asked to be fixed. Extremely upsetting and disappointing.

There is much disappointment. They did not fix any of the things that were damaged from the accident, my truck is having technological difficulties and would not turn on when I went to pick it up. My truck is still experiencing problems telling me that there is a trailer connected and disconnected when nothing is connected to the truck. Upon driving the truck home after finally getting it started it had no tail lights working. They did not do anything that was damaged from the accident that was asked for them to do.

Everything and everyone were great! From start to finish everything was done very well and professionally. My wife and I are very pleased with the body work and paint job done to our Toyota, and it got done in a very timely manner (2 days early!). Also, we were kept informed via texts about the progress of the job. If you need auto body repair, I recommend this business, for sure.
