My car had to be taken back as the window was making a wind noise and also the collaboration was not correct and I received warning messages

Our first appointment got rescheduled without any notification and we did not know about it until we reached the place. The woman is the front office did not bother to look at our appointment and rudely said we did not have any appointment at all. But In the next appointment Jeff was very polite and kept us informed and was welcoming.
